California Hard Money Direct is a direct lender and offers real estate collateralized loans that either do not meet conventional banks criteria need to be funded faster than conventional sources can offer. Our loans range from $50,000 to $5 million on commercial and residential in California only. For Refi's, loan origination fees and closing costs may be added to the loan to eliminate out of pocket expenses.

Geographic Area: California

Property Type: Residential and light Commercial

Loan Size: $50,000 to $5 million

Term: six months to five years (longer terms available for specific properties. Call to inquire).

Interest Rate: Interest ranges depending upon LTV, property and other factors.

Loan Origination Fee:  Typically 2.5% - 4%

Up to 70% on purchases & up to 65% on Refi's

Lien Position: Mostly first Liens, 2nd TD愀 will be considered

Cross-Collateralization: You may use your other properties you currently own to secure additional cash.
