Geographic Area: State Of California
Property Type: Residential and Commercial
Loan Size: $50,000 to $5 million Loan
Term: six months to five years (longer terms available for certain property types. Call for details).
Interest Rate: Interest Only-Varying depending upon LTV, Credit, Term, Etc.
Loan Origination Fee: Typically 2.5% - 4%
Up to 70% on purchases & up to 65% on Refi's
Pre-Payment Penalties: Case by case
Lien Position: Mostly first Liens, 2nd TD´s on a case by case basis
Cross-Collateralization: You may use your existing investment and commercial properties to secure additional cash.
